Overview
This policy explains what personal information a34.ai ("we," "us," "our") collects, how we use it, and your choices. a34.ai is an AI image-generation service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information from sign-in. When you sign in through a third-party provider (for example, Google), we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, profile picture, and an account identifier. We only request basic profile information — not access to your other data held by that provider, such as your email, files, contacts, or messages.
- Prompts and generated images. The prompts, settings, and any reference images you submit, and the images the service generates from them.
- Technical and usage data. Information about how you use the service, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and event logs and timestamps. We use third-party analytics providers, and related technologies such as cookies, SDKs, or device identifiers, to collect and understand this usage data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the service, including measuring and understanding how it's used.
- To personalize your experience — we may analyze how you use the service, including your prompts and generated images, to tailor features, suggestions, and content to you.
- To develop, train, and improve our AI image model, which may include using the prompts and images generated through the service. Once data has been used to train the model, that specific contribution generally cannot be removed from the trained model.
- To keep the service safe — including screening for prohibited content — and to comply with law.
3. What We Don't Do
We don't show third-party advertising and we don't sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us run and measure the service (for example, hosting, authentication, and analytics), which may use your information only to provide services to us. We also share prompts, settings, generated images, and related technical data with our model development partners, who may use them to develop and train AI models, including models used in their own products and services. We share information where required by law or necessary to protect people's safety.
4. Your Images Are Stored on Your Device
We don't operate a cloud gallery. The images you generate are saved locally on your device, so we are not responsible for storing, backing up, or restoring them.
5. Retention and Deletion
We keep your account information for as long as you have an account. To delete your account and associated personal information, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it, except for anything we're required to keep by law. As noted above, data already used to train the model can't be removed from the trained model.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service can be completely secure.
7. Adults Only; Child Safety
The service is intended only for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We prohibit child sexual abuse material and report it, along with related account information, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
8. California Residents
If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we've collected about you, to delete it, or to correct it — just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it (subject to any records we're required to keep by law). We do not sell or share your personal information, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
